1. Account eligibility and verification
Customers must provide accurate information, maintain secure contact details and complete the verification required for the services they use. YolaCash may limit, suspend or decline access where verification is incomplete or risk and compliance controls require review.
2. Wallet and transaction use
Customers may use available wallet services subject to supported countries, currencies, payment methods, transaction limits, account status and sufficient balance. Fees and applicable exchange-rate information are displayed before confirmation where relevant.
3. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for protecting passwords, verification codes and transaction PINs; checking recipient information; reviewing transaction details before confirmation; and reporting suspicious or unauthorized activity promptly.
4. Processing and status
Some transactions depend on external payment, mobile-money or settlement partners and may remain pending while confirmation is received. A submitted request is not necessarily a completed transaction. YolaCash uses provider confirmations and ledger records to determine final status.
5. Fees, limits and exchange rates
Applicable fees, minimums, maximums and exchange rates may differ by service or corridor and may change over time. A cross-border quote is valid only for its displayed period and cannot be reused after expiry.
6. Restricted activity
YolaCash must not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, account sharing, unauthorized transactions, sanctions evasion, money laundering, abusive conduct or attempts to bypass security and transaction controls.
7. Reversals, refunds and disputes
Reversals and refunds are processed only where supported by the transaction state, provider confirmation, ledger controls and applicable rules. Customers should open a support case with the relevant transaction reference when reporting a problem.
8. Service availability
Services may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, partner availability, compliance review or circumstances outside YolaCash's reasonable control. YolaCash may update, restrict or discontinue a service or corridor where necessary.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the product, partners or legal requirements change. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted.
